Who we are
This site (agenticselling.io) is operated by Creative Sauce Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 12582512, VAT No. GB365544675), based in London, trading as Agentic Selling. What information we collect
- Information you give us when you fill in a form, use our interactive tools, or email us, such as your name, email address, a website or business name you ask us to check, and the content of your enquiry.
- Information collected automatically when you visit, such as your approximate location, device and browser type, and how you use the site, through cookies and similar technologies and our hosting provider's standard logs.
How we use it, and our lawful bases
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the information or checks you ask for (lawful basis: contract, or steps prior to a contract).
- To operate, secure and improve the site (legitimate interests).
- To send you information you have asked for (consent, which you may withdraw at any time).
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations (legal obligation).
Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to keep the site working and understand which content is useful. Analytics are disabled until you accept them. See our Cookie Policy for detail and how to control them.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers ("sub-processors") who help us run the site, under contracts that require them to protect it and act only on our instructions. These currently include our website hosting and infrastructure provider, our analytics provider, and our email provider. We keep an up-to-date list and will share it on request. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
AI and your data
Creative Sauce builds AI systems, so we are deliberate about how AI touches personal data. We do not feed the personal data you submit through this website into AI models, and we do not use it to train them. Where a tool on this site uses AI to produce a result, any personal data involved is processed only to return your result and through providers who are contractually bound not to train their models on it.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and contact data only as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@creativesauce.io. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is intended for adults and for business use. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
